Processing time
Every USER piece is printed after you order it — nothing is pre-made or held in stock. Please allow 2–7 business days for your item to be produced before it ships.

Shipping time
Once your order ships, delivery within the United States typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Total estimated time
From order to delivery, most orders arrive within 7–17 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees — actual delivery times can vary due to carrier delays or other factors outside our control.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Where we ship
Currently, USER ships within the United States only. We're not able to fulfill international orders at this time, but we hope to expand this in the future.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's progress.

Lost or delayed packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at useruser.drops@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help track it down.

Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're not able to make changes once an order has entered production, and we're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
